Welcome to Clean Now . These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Clean Now and its related services. By using the app, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Clean Now , you fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, you must discontinue use of the app immediately.

2. Service Overview

Clean Now is an AI-powered iPhone cleaner that intelligently helps you free up space and boosts device performance. It effortlessly removes clutter from photos, videos, and contacts to keep your device organized and running smoothly.

3. Information We Collect

To ensure a consistent and high-quality experience, Clean Now may automatically collect non-personal technical information, including:

• Device model and operating system
• App version and settings
• Usage patterns and interaction metrics

This data is anonymized, aggregated, and used solely to maintain app performance, support improvements, and assist with operational diagnostics. Limited information may be retained to process refund requests, prevent misuse, and enhance service quality.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Clean Now is free to download. Premium features—such as Smart Clean, Video Compression, Duplicates Contacts Merge.
• Subscriptions are available on a weekly or annual basis, with pricing displayed prior to purchase.
• Payments are processed securely by Apple via your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited upon subscription purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.
• To Cancel: Open Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, select your subscription, and tap Cancel Subscription.
• Refund Requests: Refunds must be requested directly through Apple. We may share relevant transaction details to assist in the process. All refund decisions are made at Apple’s discretion.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect service updates, legal requirements, or user feedback. The latest version will be made available in the app or through other appropriate channels.

Your continued use of Clean Now after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updates, you must stop using the app.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Clean Now is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be error-free or uninterrupted,
• Content will be entirely accurate or complete,
• The services will meet all user requirements.

You use the app at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties related to the app’s performance and content.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with Clean Now —including trademarks, designs, source code, and content—is owned by or licensed to the app’s developers.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written authorization.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer’s registered jurisdiction, excluding its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Clean Now shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
